Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10-35 business days, but most times in two to three weeks. The indicated delivery time is always indicated on each product page and on the checkout page. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier.
Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer standard free shipping with a delivery time of a usual 4 weeks, unless indicated otherwise. The delivery time is always indicated on each product page. For premium shipping, please contact us directly after purchase for possibillities. The costs of premium shipping depends on carrier options, weight and destination. However, expedited shipping ussually takes around 2 to 3 weeks.
International Shipping
We offer international worldwide shipping. We our not aware of any countries that we can not ship to at this moment. Sometimes shipment locations are visible at each products page, therefore please select a shipping location nearby, so that your delivery time will be reduced.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mastering Ramen is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
