Fine Mesh Ladle Skimmer
This fine mesh ladle skimmer can easily sieve/filter out the finest impurities like bone fragments from your ramen stock, i.e. chintan, when directly ladling it into you ramen bowl or yakuhira pot. The slotted spoon can also be used to ladle out conjugated floating scum/foam i.e. myoglobin and hemoglobin, when boiling out bone stocks, i.e. tonkotsu's, or even straining aroma oils or taré from solids. Having this item in your ramen professional kitchen you can now ensure to never have murkey or cloudy ramen soup anymore. The durable material - i.e. stainless steel rim and rivet attachment is easily cleanable and dishwasher-friendly and will not rust or corrode. The handle is non-slip, heat-resistant and can be convienantly stored by hanging it trough the built-in hole on handle on ustensil rails.
Comes in three sizes (lengt x diamter):
- 32,5 cm x 10 cm
- 34 cm x 12 cm
- 35,5 x 14,5 cm
The latter is recommended for sieving it directly in the bowl while the first or second is best suited for skimming purposes.
