With this 24 cm diameter industrial grade conical mesh sieve (also know as a China cap strainer) you can easily filter your stock ramen by ladling out solids like bones from one pan to another. The colander form makes it easy to attached to the pot due to it's hooks - so that you won't have to hold it in your hand while straining - while the conical sieve funnels the stock directly down to the pot to prevent waste. Ideal when making bones stocks.
