A hishaku or Japanese stock ladle a.k.a. casotte is used for easily scooping unfiltered ramen stock out of the pot. Originally made from bamboo for washing ones hands before entering temples these ones from our reliable supplier in China are made of high quality stainless steal for commercial purposes and comes in 7 sizes, depening on the quantities that you produce:
